You can also select

Send as Mail

in the File menu.

The Send Mail dialog box appears.

3 Specify a file type and attachment options for your document.

5 Log into your mail application if you are prompted to do so.

A new message appears ready for addressing.

6 Address your mail message as desired and click the Send

button.

The document is sent as an attachment to the mail message.

Converting Text to Speech

OmniPage Pro can convert your recognized text into speech and read it

out loud, allowing you to listen to your document.

To convert recognized text to speech:

1Select

Read Text Aloud

as the command in the Export

Destination drop-down list of the AutoOCR or Manual OCR

toolbar.

2 Click the Start button on the AutoOCR toolbar or choose

Start

in the Process menu for automatic processing.

3 Click the Export Destination button on the Manual OCR

toolbar, or choose

Read Text Aloud

in the Process menu for

manual processing.

4 OmniPage Pro will read your document out loud once from

beginning to end.

To save recognized text after it is read out loud, choose

Save As...

the File menu. Save a document as an OmniPage Document file

*.opd

) if you want to reopen it in OmniPage Pro again.
